General Emergency Guidelines

  • Safety first. In any emergency or major disruption, your safety and the safety of your loved ones is top priority.

  • Watch for messages. During an emergency, we will send out texts and/or emails with status updates if at all possible.

  • Check in. If appropriate, we will provide a way for you to report your status via text or web-form, so we’ll know if there is anything we can do to help you.

  • Proactively communicate with clients. If your normal workflow is disrupted and you won’t be responding to clients as you normally would, set an appropriate voicemail greeting and/or email auto-response, if possible.

  • Continue working if you can. If everything else is covered, do stay productive if possible. Let us know if there are any obstacles we can help overcome.
