General Emergency Guidelines
Safety first. In any emergency or major disruption, your safety and the safety of your loved ones is top priority.
Watch for messages. During an emergency, we will send out texts and/or emails with status updates if at all possible.
Check in. If appropriate, we will provide a way for you to report your status via text or web-form, so we’ll know if there is anything we can do to help you.
Proactively communicate with clients. If your normal workflow is disrupted and you won’t be responding to clients as you normally would, set an appropriate voicemail greeting and/or email auto-response, if possible.
Continue working if you can. If everything else is covered, do stay productive if possible. Let us know if there are any obstacles we can help overcome.
