Here are some points of information that we hope you’ll find helpful:
Supplies Request Form
Running low on coffee filters? AA batteries? Whatever is needed, let us know using this handy form.
Wi-Fi
Connection info can be found in notes at the condo, or from the IT Director
Internet service is provided by Spectrum Cable.
The modem and router are on the top shelf of the closet.
If necessary, both modem and router can be restarted by unplugging power for 10 seconds and reconnecting.
Please DO NOT attempt to factory reset or otherwise reconfigure these devices.
Swimming Pools
The complex has 2 swimming pools, open 9am-9pm daily.
The one outside the condo patio is the "quiet" pool.
The children's pool is located on the other side of the tennis
courts and playground. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
You will find a pool key card on the kitchen counter. Please leave this key card
where you found it at the end of your stay.
TV
This is the TV Remote:
The TV is subscribed to a few streaming services. Signing onto your own subscriptions is not recommended, but if you must, please remember to sign out before you leave.
There are cables coiled in the closet that can be used to connect a laptop, video game console or other external equipment to the TV.
There is a bag of adapters in the basket to assist with connecting external equipment.
Bluetooth Speaker
This speaker is rechargeable, you can use it anywhere on the property.
Connect your phone, tablet, or computer via Bluetooth.
It can get pretty loud, but please be kind to the neighbors.
Fireplace

Breaker Panel
If a circuit breaker should need to be reset, the panel is hiding behind this picture near the downstairs bathroom:
Kitchen Faucet
The kitchen faucet is touch-sensitive. Turn the water on and off by tapping anywhere on the surface of the faucet base (not the sprayer).
Set the temperature using the lever (up=cold; down=hot)
Light: blue=cold, red=hot, flashing red=change batteries.
The faucet uses AA batteries, installed in a compartment under the sink.
Dishwasher
The dishwasher has a handy extra rack for flat items.
Snow Removal - IMPORTANT
ALL VEHICLES must be moved or available to move during designated plow times, or fines may be imposed. Full details here
BBQ Grill
Please clean the grill after using, with the provided tools/supplies.
Trail Maps
There are hiking trail maps in the basket. Very detailed. Please return to basket after using .
General Info / Maps / Rules & Policies
The Lake Forest Glen HOA Website has lots of useful info, including a nice map of the complex, various local emergency phone numbers, info on safety & security, condo rules & regulations, and much more.
Check-in / Check-out
Check in time is after 4:00 pm
Check out time is 12:00 noon on departure day
At the end of your stay:
Gather all used towels and remove the linens from all
beds that have been used and place near the washing machine.
Empty all waste baskets and take to the outside garbage bins located all throughout the
complex.
If time permits, please start the dishwasher.
It is appreciated that the condo be left in as nice a condition as when you arrived. Thank you for your help in this regard.
